Before you book
Point-to-point and airport rides in sedans, Tesla Model Y, SUVs and luxury SUVs: No cancellation fee if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the base rate.
Stretch limousines and vans: No cancellation fee if you cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. This includes any deposit taken at the time of booking, for any type of vehicle.
We track every flight. If your flight lands early or late, we adjust your pickup time at no extra cost.
Waiting at the airport is always free. Domestic and international arrivals take different amounts of time, and we never charge extra for either.
All-inclusive pricing: tolls, parking and gratuity are included in your quote. No hidden fees and no surge pricing.
Overtime: Except for airport waiting, overtime is charged after the first 15 minutes beyond the prearranged time on your reservation.
Smoking is not permitted.
Alcohol and drug use are not permitted. Any resulting fines are the customer's responsibility.
Vehicles cannot carry more passengers than their seating capacity.
The client is financially responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by them or members of their party during the service, including a $300 fee for each carpet or seat burn and a $250 sanitation fee.
In the unlikely event of a mechanical breakdown during a charter, our responsibility is limited to making up the lost time on a mutually agreed date.
We are not responsible for delays or service termination caused by unsafe winter road conditions (such as unsalted roads or accidents).
We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
